About UnlistGuide
People-search sites publish names, addresses, phone numbers and relatives for anyone to look up. Getting off them is legal and free — it's just tedious and badly documented. UnlistGuide exists to make it less so.
How the guides are made
- Each guide is written from the broker's own opt-out page and privacy policy, which are linked as sources.
- Every guide shows the date it was last checked. Brokers change their forms often; when a process changes we update the guide.
- Where something can't be confirmed from a primary source, the guide says so rather than guessing.
Who runs it
UnlistGuide is published by Sumtek Solutions, a small technology consultancy in Lewiston, Idaho. We are not affiliated with any data broker.
How the site is funded
Some pages link to paid removal services, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through those links. That never changes the opt-out guides — every one of them works without paying anyone. Details are on ouraffiliate disclosure page.
